Self-catering $650 - $700 per month (depending on room size)

This includes free local telephone calls, laundry facilities, and free cable TV.

Payment and Cancellation/Refund Policies

Deposit

$200 payable in advance. This will form part of the first month's rent, balance to be paid upon arrival. Please note cancellation/refund policy below.

The homestay fee is payable 1 month in advance each month. A full month’s notice must be given if you wish to terminate your homestay arrangement.

Cancellation/Refunds

100% refund - Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival
25% refund - Cancellation 14-29 days before arrival
0% refund - Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival
