Bom dia, I am Caroline |
I found my room clean and
organized. What I best liked about my homestay accommodation
was Lynda's family and the house. The dinner is tasty. Very
good. I liked a lot. The dinner, every night is different.
My best experience was I could learn serval words in English.
The people are nice and teaching when you need.
Lynda, thank you so much for your reception.
I liked a lot to live in your house for 28 days. Your house
is comfortable and I liked my room and TV room. You and Nick
are good people. Very nice! When you come to Brasil, I will
wait for your visit in my home. |

Bom dia, I am Marcio |
What I best liked about
my homestay accommodation was the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom.
The food was very nice. International food. Lynda and Nick
cook very well. I liked the variety and the barbecue the most.
During my stay I could learn and talk
English with my homestay family and they hlep me everytime
that I had problems with the language. Also I could meet other
students from different countries and learn a lot about their
cultures.
I recommend for everyone this homestay.
I had good times in this house. I felt like in my house and
Lynda, Nick and Nick Jr were very receptive with me. I'm thankful
for everything. |

Bonjour, I am Paul |
| My room was very well furnished,
clean and comfortable. I liked meeting people from everywhere
and learn about different cultures. The food was very good and
never short. I most liked learning about the different food
culture from everywhere. My best experience was BBQ of course.
It is a very good and helpful homestay if you arrive alone in
Vancouver and you know nothing about the place, people and way
of life here. |

Hello, I am Setsuko |
My room was nice and clean.
Room size is bigger than my room in Japan so I could feel
comfortable everyday. I'd always slept well.
There are many people in family so I could
have chance to meet other homestay student and I could talk
with them. It was very nice. I didn't feel lonely. People
here were very kind.
I liked all of the food I'd eaten here.
It was great to eat Canadian style food, South African food
and Japanese maki sushi. I like Canadian style BBQ the best.
I also like curry and rice. My best experience was to make
and see BBQ.
Thank you very much! I enjoyed homestay
here. You are always so kind to me and I've had really good
time in Canada! I was a bit busy in school & child care
volunteer in every weekdays so I couldn't talk with you very
much. But I enjoyed to talk with you! 3 weeks past really
quickly. I'd like to stay here more. Maybe I can come in winter
next time. I want to ski on Grouse Mt or other Mt!! Thank
you. Take care. |

Greetings from Wanda |
| I found my room comfortable,
clean, adequate space for clothing. Nice desk. The food was
fine. What I liked best about the homestay accommodation was
being able to come and go without feeling as though I was intruding.
Easy going atmosphere. I found it to be private, but welcoming
at the same time. |

Bonjour, I am Pierre |
| I found my room through Paul,
a French friend who lives in the house. What I liked best about
the homestay was the food—really very good, very diverse.
The dinners were very different, but always delicious. My best
experiences were the barbecue, the soccer game and the evening
when Paul forgot his key and we had to wake up Marcio!! |
